A trip to Sam's Club

Taking all three children out together is always an adventure. We went to order brother's birthday cake and had so much fun!

I am so thankful to look back at pictures like these and see how much fun they have together and how much they love each other!

The Best Christmas Present Ever - Show #2

Big sis' class has been working hard on a program - The Best Christmas Present Ever.

It was a real treat to watch the children preform and work together.

The theme was about preparing for a birthday party for Jesus and spreading the good news. There's are star...the fourth from right.

Brother enjoyed finding her name in the program.

Lil sis had something to help her focus...for awhile anyway!

Her teacher had a lead role and did a great job!

The children made a precious nativity scene.

Again, I tried... yes lil sis went for the outlet!

One of my best gifts ever!!

Shop 'til You Drop!

On Monday, lil sis and I spent the morning shopping with Aunt Jennie and Granny.


She got dressed in cute holiday attire and posed well!

Then the morning turned to all day which got the best of her...

notice the blue ink on her shirt, part of the monogram missing on her shirt and the stains randomly placed...can you can Shop 'til You Drop!?!?!!

Christmas Show #1

Big sis has been practicing all fall for a program at church. So after a few late night practices this week the big shows were Saturday and Sunday. All of her grandparents were coming to see her preform. Well the snow on Saturday put a small kink in that but the show must go on!This is before the Sunday performance with grandma and granddad Foster.


She did such an awesome job singing with the adult choir...

and being an angel!

We were so very proud of her hard work!

WOW! I have lived in NC my whole life and only remember once getting snow before Christmas!

It was a beautiful surprise that made a busy day a little more interesting!

Lil sis saw snow last year as a baby but this was her first real experience and she was very curiuos. She kept pointing to the window saying "oh,oh!"

While little sis took a late nap and big sis was at her first basketball practice (yes she went and had a ball:)!) brother got to play in the snow. I am so thankful we got to see it and that a few minutes made him happy!


He was very interested in his basketball goal covered in snow.

Since big sis didn't have time to play on Saturday (after basketball she had to perform at church - next posting) we took a few minutes before church to explore the white stuff.

If I hadn't already ordered the Christmas cards, I could have really had fun with this background!

Big sis kept a bag in the freezer to touch whenever she wants too!

Oh, there's never a dull moment around our house!

I was just trying to get a few good pictures of the children...not even together...and ended up with a sticky mess! Maybe I should try together...or just wait for the photographer to send he CD!!! I think I'll continue to wait!! Our sweet girl is becoming so grown up these days!

She won a reading contest in her class today!
