Cookie Monster

I may have created a monster.... a cookie monster! Lil sis tasted one of the sugar cookies brother and mommy made. Of course she loved it!!!

Pool Party

On Sunday, we all attended one of her friend's pool party. Fun was had by all!! Our children love the water!

Today we celebrated one of his buddies 4th birthday! We love a good party and had a blast! He found the ball first thing!

Easter Musical

On Friday, his preschool did an awesome Easter Musical. We just love how the focus was on the cross...no bunnies or eggs to distract from celebrating! He was so excited and wouldn't tell us what he was singing so it would be a surprise. We were so proud of him sitting up there participating and praising our awesome God! He's sort of right in the middle of this picture...the most handsome one!

He love having his grandparents there! Granddaddy brought him a Pirate Baseball program...he wanted to begin reading right away! That's my boy... loves sports and learning!

After the program and lunch lil sis was D.O.N.E. Look what she did to her carseat...notice the canopy is suposed to be over her head not in her hands! Also, notice the proud grin! Oh boy is she busy, busy!!

Celebrating Spring!

Today we enjoyed a beautiful day and celebrated spring with his class. I picked big sis up early (after a long morning of standardized tests!) and off to preschool we went! She got to "hide" eggs.

8 Months Old

Our sweet lil sis is 8 months old today...WOW! She has had a busy month! She continues to bring joy to our lives daily! That is a 12 month outfit that she is pushing... big sis walked in it at around 13 to 14 months!
She is the sweetest baby around. She is happy and compassionate. She loves to touch and feel things...like my hair when she's sleepy... melts me!!

She got her first tooth... which I still can't get a shot of!


Learned to crawl and does NOT stay still much!

Began eating more table foods. Loves bread and yogurt! Bread was big sis' favorite and yogurt was brothers!

Got her first real swinging!

I thank God daily for the gift of Motherhood! And the fact that she's finally sleeping through the night!!!!

Saturday Adventure

On Saturday, mommy and big sis had some big girl time - Hello Dolly at her school and a birthday party. Daddy and grandma took an adventure with brother and lil sis. They went to Louisburg College and watched baseball. They have such a great, friendly atmosphere. He loves sports so much... the one picture that wouldn't load (for unknown reasons!) showed him sitting on the edge of his seat. He did this the entire game watching and taking in everything! He learned to read the scoreboard very well! The players are so friendly!
