Disney On Ice

Our family had the wonderful experience to host the Progress Energy box for
Disney On Ice - Toy Story 3.
The children were so excited especially since this is a favorite movie right now!

On the edge for the whole show!

After intermission, they checked out the "tall seats."

Lil sis even enjoyed the show...especially since she got to move around.

Thanks Progess Energy!

One GREAT Celebration!

Since at least summer, brother had asked to have a Chuck E Cheese party for his fifth birthday. So that is exactly what we did for our special boy.

Our first store bought cake turned out very well!

He was so happy to finally be at his party. I must admitt I was not looking forward to being here on a Saturday morning. However, the timing (9:30 AM) and wonderful staff made it about the most pleasant party experience yet! All I did was show up with a cake and that was by choice.

We pretty much at the games to ourselves for over an hour!!

Look at her! I often wonder if she'd know this much if she's been first!

Time for business...pizza and cake!!!

I think he likes the cake!
Our own personal visit with Chuck E Cheese. Oh how his face lit up when he came out to see him! Priceless!

Wait isn't that too many candles...can he really be five?!?

Look at big sis dancing with Chuck E Cheese.

He was so excited to go in the Ticket Blaster.

He was being his normal patient self and super calm.

WOW! Look at all of those tickets!

I just can't put into words what looking at this sweet boy does to my heart. I feel I could not love him any more but funny enough I do a little more each day!

Lil sis had a great time too!

A Walk Through Bethlehem

Tonight we had a unique opportunity to walk through Bethlehem at a local church. This was as wonderful experience and so meaningful. Notice the concentration on our children's faces. They were able to experince...
paying taxes...

an outside market...

daddy love :)...

The Word...

potters...

and the most precious gift EVER!!!
As you can see, this was a top notch event. I was amazed at how well Bethlehem was "acted out" by the men and women. We were able to walk through doorways, in markets,
wood shops and many other places set back in the time of Jesus' birth.

By the end lil sis was so tired.

But perked up for a treat. They provided cookies, cupcakes and warm cider.
I plan to mark our calendars for this next year!

Today was brother's final Christmas show as a preschool. It is an anual event that is always so special. He was proud to go up on stage like big sis has been doing.

Look at that handsome boy!

I got closer for a good shot of that sweet boy of ours!

Birthday Fun at Preschool

Today we got to celebrate birthdays at preschool. Brother is so special to have a birthday so closer to Jesus'. This year at preschool the celebrations were combine...how nice is that! We started with a craft. I am so thankful that I can volunteer in his class.

I am also very thankful that Jesus is the center of the Christmas celebration...as He should be...at our preschool. Look at that cool manger!

Lil sis had a blast at preschool...think she's ready!

Yummy! He was very specific about what he wanted this year...brownies shaped like cupcakes, Carolina blue icing with red & green sprinkles! I was very glad to do this!
Oh the birthday fun is just beginning!
