Our sweet girl is six years old today. I still vividly remember the first time she looked at me with those deep brown eyes... still brings tears to my eyes!
Six is great! We have conversations and she is so very independent!
Five was fun too... she lost her first tooth, got her first placement ribbon for swimming, became a big sis again, started Kindergarten, was baptized, survived a nasty car accident, learned to read, learned to count to 100 & beyond, and so many other wonderful things! She amazes us daily with her wealth of knowledge. She has been blessed with intelligence, compassion and beauty!
Here is a look at our day which began just before 6:30 AM!!!
Showing lil sis the "six year old dance"...

silly and precious....

brother was big help...

Her favorite breakfast and an extra treat... cinnamon rolls!

Ariel joined the fun!

We (yes, mommy was up and dressed and driving by 7:30!) headed of to school to celebrate the 100th day. Mommy was so excited to come to school!

She chose the birthday hat over the 100th day one... good choice!

Look her cool 100 shirt... she did it alone. Mommy bit her tongue and let her do a rectangle instead of another shape or design :)!
Just thought this was a pretty shot!

She chose Amante Pizza for lunch.

He thought that was good and even got chicken on his pizza today.

Look at that... a total flashback for me! Look at them feature by feature... so much alike. The round nose, the slight dimple in chin, eye brows, checks... just perfect each one!!!

While we were busy at school the grandparents were busy at home. Grandma helped mommy out and made a special cake since the party and cupcakes have to wait until next weekend!

There are 100 Kindergartners at her school and they each released a balloon. Each balloon had a tag with the school's address and information.
They hope to get letters from far away... like VA :)!

Our sweet girl... no words can express our love for you!
We are so thankful God chose us to be your parents!
We could not be more proud!
